Mason & Brock's 1st Christmas

This was Mason and Brock's first Christmas and what a wonderful day it was. We went to both grandparents houses and the boys got all the toys that they're going to need for awhile.

Brock is already getting the hang of opening presents and Mason had fun sitting on the giraffe that auntie Niki bought them.

It's only been a week since our last post and already the boys are changing. Mason is now rolling and squirming with a purpose. He can wiggle and roll across the room to get a toy he wants. He is very close to crawling. Brock doesn't really like to roll but he is now sitting up on his own. He can sit up and play for 10-15 minutes before he gets tired of sitting. Brock is also getting his first tooth. They are getting familiar with many new foods too. We've now tried sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, peas, prunes, and pears. Bananas are on the agenda for tomorrow....oh joy!!

6 Months Old

The boys are getting sooo big. They just turned 6mo on the 8th and had their docotor appt yesterday. Brock gets the chubby belly award this time as he's passed up Mason in size. He is now about a half pound bigger than Mason which is funny since he's the picky eater. Mason will eat anything that you put in front of his face and Brock doesn't want anything to do with solid foods. Mason is now 16lbs 8oz and 26" long and Brock is 16lbs 14oz and 26.5"long. Brock is starting to sit up on his own and Mason is rolling all over the place. Yesterday Brock was screaming something terrible so I ran downstairs to see what was going on and found Mason rolled half way on top of Brock and petting his head. Needless to say Brock wanted to have no part of this.

Holy Cow is that siding !!!

Yes we actually have siding on the shop! As nice as it looked in a pile in the yard it looks even better on the building. With the help from a few friends the shop is now looking more like a real building. The doors are on order and we're ready for them. Who knows maybe I'll see the inside of my garage sometime this winter.
