Twins October 5th-19th

Slowly but surely

It's slow but we're making progress. James and a friend finally started to hang siding this weekend. It's a pretty slow process but it looks great. Hopefully we can get the guys out to hang the doors before the end of the month....can't wait to pay for that.

Quick Update October 4th 2008

Just a quick update on our lives. The boys are still growing strong. We think that they're both getting so big but compared to other babies their age they are still just little peanuts. They are both a little over 13 lbs now and 16 weeks old already!! Their 4 month birthday is on the 8th of this month. They are finally on the regular growth chart and are in the 5th percentile for their age. They are perfectly proportioned and gaining weight faster than they need to but they're just still tiny. I can't complain too much though since it sure makes it easier to pack them up and down the stairs. They are just starting to discover their hands and they love all things baby einstein. Tamara took some outdoor family photos of us and they turned out really good especially considering Mason screamed the whole time and none of us were feeling very creative. We will be taking fall pumpkin patch pictures soon. We'd have a lot more options if they were sitting up on their own. I just started back to work and am going to work 3 days a week which I think will be perfect. The boys went to daycare for the first time last week and it went really well. To top it off the boys also decided to sleep through the night for 6 days in a row last week...yeah!! We've been feeding them at nine and they don't wake up again until five am which is when we get up anyway. I went back to the gym for the first time yesterday and had the neighbor girl watch them. I don't think I'm going to be able to move for the next couple of days. I've lost so much muscle. It's pretty sad when I could bench press more when I was 6 months pregnant with twins than I can now. James has gotten the roof on the shop (its going up slowly but surely) and now needs to start working on the siding. I should be adding a new photo link later today. Remember that if the slide show option on the scrap blog links won't work you can always click on the enlarge image to get a direct link. Also if you click on the photo bucket pictures it will bring up the entire album.
